For US based Orders:
For orders in the United States, delivery times require 3 - 6 business days. This excludes our processing time of 1 - 2 days.

For all other international Orders:
To track your order, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
1. You can track your order here.
2. Enter a valid tracking number that has been provided to you by email.
3. Click the “TRACK” button; the tracking result will be retrieved from the carrier’s official site and presented to you directly.
4. Under normal conditions, the system will auto-detect and identify the shipping carrier, country of origin/destination. You do not need to designate the carrier manually. If there are multiple possible carriers or the system cannot identify the carrier, please designate a shipping carrier manually.
