Refund policy

DELIVERY ISSUES

Delivery delays - If your order within the US and has not arrived within 30 days, a full refund will be provided, no questions asked. We make no guarantees for delivery times outside of the US.

Damaged on delivery - If your order has arrived damaged, please provide us (1) photos, (2) description, and (3) order ID within 48 hours from delivery. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We only accept same day cancellations. In an event where an order was placed by accident, please contact us at hello@nava-bands.com within 8 hours from the time of order.

 

RETURNS

Contact Us First

Dissatisfied with your product? Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery. Product must be in its original package, unused, and without missing parts for reasons not due to the error of Nava Bands. Returns delivery cost will be borne by you.

Once we have received and inspected your return product, we will send you an email to update you on the refund status/approval. 

If you selected a wrong size/color/design, we may supplement you by way of discount codes or store credits. Please ensure orders are placed correctly as Nava Bands will not be held responsible for erroneous orders placed by you.

No Refunds

Nava Bands reserves the rights to refuse refund applications in the event these requests are late or phoney. Refund applications should be sent to hello@nava-bands.com.     

Kindly take note that the initial shipping fees are not refundable.

 

REFUNDS  

Paypal Refunds

Refunds issued via Paypal will appear in your balance instantly.

Credit Card Refunds

Once we have confirmed that your refund has been processed please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to show up. Here is the information from our payment processor's website:

"We submit any refund you make to your customer's bank immediately. They will then receive the funds from a refund in their account approximately 5 - 10 business days after the original refund. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.)"

"Refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off your customer's bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued."
