SHIPPING POLICY

For orders in the United States, delivery times require 3 - 6 business days. This excludes our processing time of 1 - 2 days.

For orders outside of the United States, deliveries will require approximately 3 - 10 business days, but we make no guarantees on shipping times as import and customs requirements differ across countries. Orders will be shipped from our US, EU, or HK Logistics Partners depending on availability of inventory and/or location.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed successfully, NAVA BANDS will provide an updated Tracking Number through our connected logistics partners.

 

RATES                                                 

Standard shipping rate is USD $4.99. However, we provide free delivery for all orders above USD $50. Additional charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

 

DELAYS

We work closely with our shipping partners and are confident of their capabilities in delivering your order on time. However, in an unlikely event that delivery has not been achieved within 30 days, we will provide a full refund (This does not apply to deliveries outside of the United States).

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order has arrived damaged, please provide us a (1) photo, (2) description, and (3) order ID, of the damaged product to hello@nava-bands.com and we will be able to arrange a replacement or full refund for the damaged product. The request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving your order. NAVA BANDS reserves the rights to refuse such refund requests in the event these requests are late or phoney.
